Take part in Isabella Rudzki‘s first workshop on
her characteristic technique for creating unique silver jewelry. The artist will welcome you to discover how to model tiny
objects in wax in order to transform them into a piece of silver
jewelry. In this class, we will break with traditions by playing with new solutions developed by Isabella.
The
class addresses creatives of all levels of experience who are looking
for experimental methods and a general understanding of possibilities.
It is also ideal for people who are dreaming of making a personlized
piece of silver jewelry for the first time.
In 3 hours Isabella
will guide you through a creative research, the manufacturing process
and the practical creation with wax. We will start by finding
inspiration and formulating an individual concept. You will learn the
basic steps of lost wax casting and receive an introduction to materials
and tools. In a small group of maximum 6 participants you will have
enough time and attention to finish your wax piece.
After the
workshop, your wax piece will be taken to a production to get it
professionally cast in sterling silver. It may take up to 6 weeks
before you can pick it up or have it shipped to you.
